HYROX Group Training is a complete functional fitness program that develops:
Aerobic Capacity, Muscular Strength, Power, Agility, and Coordination.
Here are four different HYROX class formats:
This class builds your base. It resembles traditional circuit training and
focuses on developing strength, endurance, aerobic capacity, agility, and skill work.
This class is all about conditioning. Expect intervals, compromised workouts,
and sprint efforts designed to improve endurance, VO₂ max, and lactate threshold. This is especially beneficial for athletes who are strong but need to build their engine.
Strength and muscular endurance are critical in a HYROX race. This class focuses on building the ability to move weight efficiently over time—even while fatigued.
Our most race-specific class. A blend of aerobic and lactic conditioning with strength and HYROX-specific skills. These workouts prepare you for the exact demands of a HYROX race—physically and mentally.
Our primary focus will be on HYROX Engine and HYROX Complete classes.
We believe your regular CrossFit classes already do an excellent job developing your foundational fitness and strength (power) , so these HYROX classes will complement that by building your engine and race-specific capacity.
A certified coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
