Attention! Starting today the evening wod times are now 4:30, 5:30 & 6:30 p.m. Spread the word.

Reminder Thursday February 11th at 7:30p.m. we will be voting on the nutrition challengers first and second place winners. Everyone that entered the challenge is invited to come and vote. The improvements have been phenomenal to say the least.

Seven rounds for time of:
95 pound Power snatch, 7 reps
95 pound Snatch balance, 7 reps
95 pound Overhead squat, 7 reps
We will scale as needed.

    New scientific study on tv today, 2 cans of soda per week, doubles your risk for pancreatic cancer. Gotta love your water!

    How about a big party on Saturday evening the 20th of February for all CrossFitters to congratulate all participants in the nutrition challenge? Especially the finishers.

    Forgive me for posting a so “Adrian/Rocky right before the big fight” melo -drama moment, but I thought Brandon might not have his Rocky fix for the week, and it is the week of St. Valentine so I’m posting a little XFit love.

    I came in early to the 9:30 session today telling Hillari and Sammie that I couldn’t work out today because I had to get to work and I didn’t get enough sleep (3 hours) and I needed to double my 1/2 Cindy record from a month a go and I wasn’t feeling it….etc…..etc….laudie-freakin-dah………

    They both looked at me with that look, that look that says, “It’s JUST 150 Wall-balls”, “It’s JUST the Filthy-Fifty only Remix style..”, “It’s JUST 10 rds of a 1/2 CIndy” – Followed by an ever so tender; “Are you serious – Get your gut and your ghetto in there and bust it out!”

    Needless to say, a month after starting XFit I doubled my beginning 1/2 Cindy in 9:48 today – ONLY, because Hillari and Sammie gave me that, “just ’cause the comp is over doesn’t give you the excuse to be a total Piker” treatment (in a good way of course). Thanks Rockstars!

    Along a similar line, on Saturday I brought my friend Tyson and my dad, Richard. The day after I followed up and the first thing they both said was the everyone was super friendly. They were impressed with the trainers, the philosophy and had the same attitude that those of us that keep coming have. That, “I’m super sore but I loved the workout” attitude.

    Shay I have never met anyone who is more funny than you. Thanks for all the props and thanks for being a part of our crossfit family it wouldnt be the same without ya!.

    I guess that to get the credit loans from creditors you ought to present a good motivation. Nevertheless, once I’ve got a term loan, because I wanted to buy a bike.
