Since it is the last week of the challenge we will be doing the four workouts that we started with, good luck and let’s get ready to set some PR’s!
For those of you that are quick to read the blog, I have made a mistake! Shay’s B-day isn’t till the 15th, oops!

I bet Feb 1st was Shays intended birthday but he was a late arrival. His mother required a far less intense burpee action for his tardeeness =)
We are going to change our p.m. WOD times starting next week to 4:30, 5:30, 6:30. Monday thru Thursday. Probably a 5:30 on Fridays. Everyone ok with this? I hope it will better fit most everyones schedules. Also, we are having very litle participation at the Tues. and Thurs. 6 a.m. WOD. Any feedback on cancelling those two WODS until we get 4-5 people to commit?
I am kinda excited for the time change. I will be going to work at 0630 instead of 0600. Extra 1/2 hour of sleep! Thanks guys =)
It will be pretty close to impossible to hit the 5:30 pm without changing my work schedule. For me, Monday through Thursday I’m pushing it to maintain balance and get to the 6:00 pm WOD warmed up and on time. The 7:00 pm is a good time slot just in case the stuff hits the fan at work or at home.
But, I say shake it up and see what happens. What’s the chance of a 4:00 am WOD?

I like the idea of changing the WOD’s to 4:30, 5:30, 6:30. Definitely make Friday’s 5:30, not 4:30. That’s my vote.
PS Are we still going to have a crossfit challenge party?
Yes on the party Ash, I wish we had more ideas for the party, but no one wants to blog I guess. Come on guys give us some ideas!
How about dancing girls? Kegs? You know the works. Anybody in? Me and my new hot bod would volunteer to be one of the dancers. YEAH RIGHT! Is it bad that I don’t feel like my body has changed that much? I feel good, but don’t feel like I look different.
if you want to do that ash, go to vegas for a night!! im sure you would make bookoo bucks!!! it could pay for us to go to hawaii.

The new wod times seem fine to me. I like the idea of of the 5:30 Friday wod. I might need to go at 6am this Thursday, so it looks like I would be all alone! It does seem like it isn’t a very popular time for some reason. A party sounds great to me. I like the BBQ idea at the box.
Hopefully several other people will join you at 6 a.m. on Thursday.
