We are doing another Trainer’s pick week of WOD’s! This weeks WOD’s are going to be a hopper style program, meaning each one of the trainers has created a WOD and we have randomly put them together to make a very unknown/get what you get kind of a week!

Have you ever wondered if you run efficiently, been curious about how to shave seconds off your Helen time, or heard about CrossFit Endurance and wondered what that was all about? If so, you can be one of fifteen people to attend two running clinics on Saturday June 16th and June 23rd! You will have the opportunity to learn about the methodology of CrossFit Endurance, experience some of the CrossFit Endurance running drills, review principles of the Pose method, and be video-taped in action and observe the before and after footage, where you will get to see how you truly move!
