“Super Bowl Saturday”
In two teams you will complete the following four AMRAP’s with two athletes at each AMRAP:
#1 AMRAP in 7 minutes:
Partner one Rows 20 calories while partner two holds two Kettlebells (53/35) on shoulders, then switch. Score is total calories rowed.
Rest 2 minutes:
#2 AMRAP in 7 minutes:
Manmakers 35/25
Rest 5 minutes:
#3 AMRAP in 7 minutes:
10 Deadlifts 225/155
30 Double Unders
Rest 2 minutes:
#4 AMRAP in 7 minutes:
5 Slam Balls 35/25
10 Pull-Ups
15 Mountain Climbers (one MC = both sides)

*Teams will split up with 2 athletes starting at each AMRAP. After all the AMRAP’s are complete, the team with the highest score wins! Don’t forget to wear your favorite teams colors!
